Our Custom Sneaker Service
All the customs we produce use sneakers sourced from official retailers, and some resell markets like GOAT, as a base. As we offer a custom service, there is a built in fee included in all prices for the sourcing of the base shoes to customise. In the future we may offer a lower cost service where you send in your own pairs.
Order process
When an order is made we aim to send you an email within 24 hours to confirm the shoe size needed. Please provide your size in UK sizing so that there are no delays when preparing your order.
Production
All customs ordered here have a production time of 4-12 weeks. Every order is shipped out once it is completed using the shipping method of your choice.
Shipping
When placing an order please make sure the shipping address used is correct and in full to avoid any complications with delivery. Once a custom is finished customers will receive an email notifying them of the dispatch date and estimated arrival of their order.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately during this time we are unable to accept exchanges or returns unless the wrong item has been sent.
Cancellations
Once an order's size has been confirmed we are unable to accept any cancellations.
